CAN you turn on your courage?

Can a Lie Destroy you, or will you Destroy it?

The most horrible lie maybe when we lie to ourselves. It is human nature to steer clear from pain and search for the course of the last confrontation. The puzzle is that in the predicament of life, with the vigorous edges, and infinite trials it will shape our individual and spirit.

Are there keys to get younger as we age?

“An untruth is to some degree that you make yourself believe in, making life a little stress-free. Fabrication is a theory under which you operate to prevent pain. A lie will tear you down, inside and out. Falsehood is what you want to believe because to contemplate the counterpart would upset your self-esteem.”

Halfway in April 2020, I made a commitment in public to lose weight. In June 2020 I will turn Seventy years of age. I started with the New Seventy which is: 40-years old + 30-years experience. I checked my daily activities. And I believe that this a realistic view since I gained several pounds and weight now 110Kg. 
My goal is to be 95Kg, so I publicly announced my intent by putting it up on Facebook and some other social media. Now, I have to hold on to it and prove I can do it. Of course, I lost weight in the past. But I was then 40 or 50 years of age, and it was a lot easier.
I went back to the old examples of tenacity, like Matt Furey who at this point in writing is 56-years of age and still looks like a rock-solid guy. The key is to gather together your nerves. To forgive and forget earlier fabrications and get at ease in front of the truth. If correct, the truth will set you free, then what are you killing time for in life?
A week later I checked my weight and the following showed up six days later. I cook most of the time for the two of us, I use Nutrigenomic, scientific products to support the body's natural cellular function by targetting the main biochemical effects of aging. 
I did what I used to do, walk, checked out with Furey's website, and realized that it is still in the mind. I lost with the activities, of walking, doing stairs 154 steps, several times a week. The basics; start exercising the toes and feet. 
1.      Your feet are the interstate freeway to your brain, nervous system, and internal organs. They are also the key to unleashing animalistic abilities in terms of movement. On a daily basis, it is a wise idea to practice curling your toes, spreading them apart, contracting your arch, knuckling down and many other exercises I teach. When you do these exercises on a daily basis, it helps prepare you for the next two items on my list. 
My weight came down to 106Kg. still, a few more to go, but I am on my way. Mostly walking purposely and working with the instructions of Matt. It takes 66-days contrary to what many believed as 21 days, to form a habit. I just focus on doing what always works, and follow a path that is simple to follow if you want too.

In a further attempt to keep to my decision, I focus on the date of June 22, 2020. We will celebrate our 44th Anniversary and I would like to have us reach that goal of 150, 000 N95 Masks.
